Anybody have any theories on why Boruto hadnt shown his Dojutsu in the Boruto: Naruto the Movie or in the manga as of yet (albeit, there's really not a reason to right now)?

As of EP. 12 and 13, it was shown that Boruto's Dojutsu also has the ability to cause teleportation I have a feeling that maybe his justu was traumatically locked away or it was sealed because he couldn't control it and its abilities exceed more than just being a chakra sensor and teleportation.

Also, in the manga, Momoshiki tells Boruto that his blue eyes "will one day take everything from him" and since he seemed pretty shocked about these words, it makes him seem like really has no clue about his dojutsu; because the anime takes place a couple of years before the manga, it would make sense to me
