new to the manga - when should i expect new chapters/ translations?

I’ve been binging Naruto for the last 2 years as well as Boruto. i finished the anime’s and started reading Boruto manga to get caught up as i was seeing spoilers on twitter.
I’m new to reading manga so unsure how it all works though now that i’m caught up. How often do chapters get released? and how long do fan translations usually take from the release date to be online?
Sorry if this is asked before i’m just new to manga !
