Is Kishi planning to explain how the hell Boruto got all this new jutsu?

I mean, I understand Boruto having access to Sasuke or Naruto's arsenal and that's perfectly fine. But are they ever going to explain how the hell he got Flying Thunder God and Purple Lightning when anyone who could teach him these stuff is either dead or would not cooperate with him?

The only people alive who knows how to execute Flying Thunder God are Raidō Namiashi, Genma Shiranui and Iwashi Tatami who obviously refuse, of course, to cooperate with the kid who supposedly killed Naruto.

The only person alive who knows Purple Lightning is Kakashi who would also not teach Boruto for the reasons stated above. Sasuke doesn't know how to do it, why would he? That technique was specifically created to compensate for the loss of the Sharingan which Sasuke still has. Kakashi never trained Boruto on the manga, never even showed his face on the manga at all for that matter.

Uzuhiko is a Boruto original technique, but an explanation would be good as well due to the fact that is very, very OP jutsu beyond our wildest dreams.

I mean, everyone knows stuff when they shouldn't. Why Kashin Koji even has a toad contract? Did he just showed up at Mount Myōboku and the toads just handed this Jiraiya clone (a guy they love a lot and that they saw being killed in combat) a contract and didn't raised some eyebrows or even thought of warning Naruto that something was going on? And they even went as far as training him for Perfect Sage Mode for good measure

- "Hey evil Jiraiya clone, of course we will give you a contract and teach you Sage Mode, and we aren't going to warn Naruto at all because this is just business as usual." - isn't how weird stuff just happens without any explanation because Kishimoto thought it would be cool?
