Expunge court case..or DIE

This economy sucks. Was blamed for a crime I didn’t commit and now I can’t work for the next 7 years (warehouse work) I’ve been looking for jobs for months and I always get turned down due to my new back ground . Even a job at McDonald’s is hard to get . Can someone help me expunge my case so I can step back into society because I’m 1 straw away from ending it all .
