Scammer?

I don’t know if this is where I need to post this but I was recently scammed by this individual so i blocked him and went on. Needless to say I got back in contact with him and asked him why he did what he did and told him he never paid me after which I paid him supposedly a down payment.when I talked to him again he was still saying that I needed to send him more which I haven’t and will not do.
