I'm not sure whether this would be a BPD or a PTSD thing (or maybe just a me thing) but I've noticed over the years that I have a really, really strong intuition. Every time something really traumatic happens to me, my body "senses" it and reacts days, sometimes even weeks before it actually happens. I'm also apparently good at subconsciously reading people, but I always struggle with actually listening to my intuition, because I always convince myself it's just my BPD making me freak out. My initial convictions about people tend to be correct.
Do you guys also experience this? And do you also have a hard time "trusting your gut", so to speak?
It's what I call our super power.
