BPD survivors of abuse, at which moment did you realize your worth and cut your FP out of your life permanently?
Post Body

For me, it was whenever my FP have decided to in advertently, let me know that I was too much to be dealing with, despite the fact that he was causing for me to split multiple times to the point of me screaming at him that I have had enough of his bullshit. The next day he had some nerve to tell me that “we were going to fix this argument”, but I made it loud and clear that there was nothing to be fixed. I was so tired of having to appease to him, as well as constantly explain myself to him, whenever he disapproved of any decision that I made.
