Hi! I live with BPD, and I am working on a webcomic that brings attention to the profitization and exploitation of mental illness. It follows 6 People who have an emotional label (Pride, Envy, Dread, Intrigue, Mania, and Exhaustion), and they each represent a different personality disorder, including BPD. They are placed in a big brother type reality TV scenario, and the producers purposefully put them in stressful situations and pit them against each other to stir up drama they can capitalize off of. When it becomes apparent that they are more than the roles assigned to them, the producers go off the rails with schemes to interfere with the cast's relationships. I'm still seeking feedback, as it is currently just scripts, as well as an illustrator. The goal of this webcomic is to raise awareness that disorders are not purely defining, and that people will often assign expectations to people with them on how they're expected to act. I am posting this on here so I can get some feedback to make sure the project is done with adequate sensitivity and respect. Thanks!
