Starting a new playthrough with Salvador

So I am currently playing with Salvador and I want to know what are the best gears (besides DPUH, Grog, Interfacer, Rough Rider, Badaboom) for him.
Also can you share your skill tree from your Sal, I really don't know what to spec in to because he is so flexible in terms of the skill tree. And also I just want to know what are those important skills that I need to spec in to.
