A question with regards to the Borderlands 2 Skin Pack DLCs on Steam

Will there be a sale on those skins during Steam Sales or Weekend Deals? Or has there been? Because I haven't seen once since I bought the game last year.

Wanted to buy at least 5 skin DLCs but I'm having second thoughts too. Is it worth it? Should you buy all? Or what are nice skins?

Your replies are much appreciated. And feel free to add me on Steam. I'm looking for Vault Hunter friends to play co-op with, farm items, trolling around, discuss strategies, do raid bosses, farm Vermi, etc. I also have all of the Borderlands collection, but I'm still downloading TPS since I bought it yesterday.
