Any way to power level someone in BL2?

Quick backstory. We played BL2 on PS3, leveled all the classes and everything. We transferred everything to PS4 to enjoy the game again but my friend's one character (Assassin) got corrupted and lost in the transfer somehow.
Is there a quick way to power level him with a high level character helping?
