Noticed there are differences in the Challenge lists in the Handsome Collection vs The Pre Sequel. Glitchy drops?

I'm playing both the PS3 and the PS4 version of The Pre Sequel. I took a look at the challenge list for both versions, and they are different. I noticed there are "glitchy" rarity drops. What are these?
