Need help getting a 61 sand hawk

So I screwed up and accidently picked up the quest Whoops at level 56 now that im level 60 I want to finish the quest to go get the sand hawk but the quest didnt rescale to my level it is still 56... Is there any way to drop or reset the quest so i can get a 60-61 sand hawk?
