I'm in the market for some Redback chelsea boots.
They have the Bobcat and Nevada models. It seems like the main difference is that the Nevada's are made with weatherproof aquapel leather.
Is there any downside to going with the Nevada's over the Bobcats? Does this weatherproof leather affect comfort or anything like that?
I know people often don't recommend getting waterproof shoes because it affects breathability, would that be the same here?
I intend on using these as a pair of casual boots I can easily throw on in the fall/winter. Possibly for use on short hikes as well. Is there any reason to not get the Nevadas? Would I be better off with one over the other?
