Email saying order couldn't go through but support insists it's still processing

I swear Boost Mobile support is gaslighting me. I ordered an iPhone 15 a week ago on a brand new account, got charged $455 for it, but quickly got an email saying my order couldn't be processed and to try again. It's been a week and no further email saying it's been shipped or anything, but support still insists it's processing and all good to go. So frustrating. I don't have a phone right now and really need one.
