Did Boost Mobile terminate their live support agents? I have a major billing concern with charges I don't understand and I can't seem to speak to a live person anymore. I can't really understand the agents over the phone, so live chat is my best option.
Looks like I'm going back to Metro, this carrier has been nothing but problems for me.
For anyone who has or will be switching to Boost, I'll pray for y'all.
Edit: if someone has a suggestion for support, please let me know. I don't want to keep going back and forth between carriers.
