I paid 300 for two lines with Boost mobile on the 26th. I just received one today. No date for the other yet. Was told that I would have them in two to three days. I've dealt with customer service four times. They can't help. They won't help. No answers. Can't activate the one phone I received. Can't port my number. This is honestly the worst and most difficult time I've ever had buying a cell phone. This decision was absolutely terrible and the experience has been even worse. I got hung on by customer service twice. If you're thinking about switching, take a hammer out and smash yourself in the nuts. That's what this experience has been like. Run! Run from their promotions. Run from their customer service. Just don't plan for a delightful experience. You've been warned!!!!!
