I've tried logging in last week and was told I was locked out and to talk to my system administrator, so I already talked with support over the phone and have a ticket number to call in and check on, but the site app login doesn't send me any codes to my email or phone, and even forgetting password doesn't send me anything while all attempts to log in since just repeats the bit about talk to my system administrator as my account has been locked. I'm unsure if it's my account or a wider issue due to a previous thread that implied it's possibly a backend issue at the moment, but I'm hoping to clear it up before the end of the week as I'd like to upgrade to a newer phone due to my old S21 5G falling apart at the sides now due to the glue wearing out on it it seems.
The last time I logged into my account was a year or two ago it feels like, where it was just my cell number and a pin on the website, so maybe I've just fallen into the cracks so to speak due to Boost seemingly changing their app and all that?
Update - It resolved itself somehow earlier today on the account issue, now I'm just stuck on the fact that my upgrade options exclude the Motorola Razr and another Motorola phone despite them being options when I check the phone options without being logged in. I was hoping to look into upgrading to that new Coach Prime phone they're plastering all over the place or at least a base Razr 2023 model, but I have a feeling when Friday rolls around that'll not happen.
