I have a large backyard that has room for extra company to park etc. So my mom left her car at my house while she traveled rather than pay 10 dollars a day at local airport. Put her car in backyard and wake up the next morning to a hand written note that the alley way was private property snd if it was not moved immediately It would be towed. So me being me I pulled the deed to my house, and sure enough I have easement access to said ally to get to my backyard. Not only do I have access to it.. my house is the oldest house on my street snd the original deed actually granted the other properties access. So I printed out a copy od my deed snd took it to Boomer snd she said well you shouldn't park on grass and huffed away. I said u come on my property again I'll gladly call the police for trespass
