I go to the swap meet every so often just looking for odd stuff for the house. I am amazed at all the Baby Boomers that are there buying massive amounts of stuff and all of them bragging about they have an antique booth. None of the stuff they're buying is true antiques and most of it is not worth the powder to blow it to hell. It is amazing how these antique malls are Coast to Coast. I have visited a couple in different cities and all the prices are just so far out of line with the actual value. So many of the items have faded tags on them and I just find how crazy it is their Mass produce stuff they think is worth a fortune. I also find it interesting how they all think that young people will start buying Antiques and there worthless junk. It is even funny how they trying out to each other about how they bought this bargain and got us for free and sold it for thousands of dollars. They are the biggest blowhard generation, they lack common sense, they think everybody is out to get the junk, they think the junk is worth a small fortune, and they have made everything from the junk toaster to a used window something of extreme value they won't give anything away for free it all has to be overpriced. Then when they die all their stuff ends up in a dumpster I have seen them start crying about stuff. They will help a dog or a cat before they will ever help there fellow mankind.
