How much of a raise should I ask for?

I work at a small CPA firm (there are 5 of us including the owner), Iām the office administrator and bookkeeper. I currently make $45k a year.
I handle 60 clients for bookkeeping and when I got my last raise I was only handling 30 clients, so my work load doubled in the last year.
On our anniversary of starting we get a raise and mine is coming up in March
