GST/PST deducted from Collection Agency Remittance Cheque

Hi there,
We recently received a cheque from a collections agency for several accounts. From what they collected, they deducted fees & GST.
Now on the deposit, I used the "Add Funds" and deducted the fees using the Professional Fees account. However, which account do I use to deduct the GST & PST paid?
