Don’t worry about it! I did the same thing (lifting my elbows above the shoulder from time to time) and I also lifted some heavier things. Yes! I’ve noticed the same thing as you. Also I’m still in some sort of pain while lying on the side. And there is no way I could go to the gym to work out as I did before I still need more time to heal. But that’s okay 😎
