Bonjour, Im sorry to have to ask this in English, but I hve the French skills of a 3 year old for now. I like black pudding very much, but since I’m in France I’d like to get the most out of boudin noir. What are some of your favorite ways to prepare it? What sides? It’s certainly more refined than I’m used to. All the web searches have led me to Cajun/ Louisiana recipes. Thank you Merci, mes amis 🙏🏼
