Does a younger Felix show up in the game or is this an unused model?

I was recently looking at the google drive folder containing most of the BRC character models and I stumbled upon this one that I hadn't seen the other times I had skimmed through it, even though the upload date is the same as all the other ones. The filename is KidFelix.fbx and there doesn't seem to be any matching texture. I don't remember this being anywhere in the game. Can't find any other info on this.
