How's my driving?

It's been a year with my 2017 Bolt Artic Blue I drive highways and streets. I managed to get some Michelin Energy Savers Tires and keep it at 38psi. Thinking about maybe upgrading rims and suspension system. Either ways, is this good for highways and streets driving?
