Hi all, we just bought our first Bolt (a 2018) a few weeks ago and couldn't happier with it so far. We live in the Midwest and get a lot of road salt in the winter and want to make sure we're doing whatever makes the most sense to preserve our new car for as long as possible.
Do any of you undercoat your Bolts or do you have any specific advice on undercoating EVs vs. undercoating traditional ICE cars? For the record, I'm talking specifically about lanolin-based undercoatings like Wool Wax and Fluid Film, not stuff like Ziebart (which can apparently trap rust beneath its surface)
