All might was probably running out of time, he needed to find this sludge villain before it hurts anyone else, he stopped at the manhole to hear some screaming and it was time to put up an act, he jumped through it to land on the concrete cracking it a little.

He saw the sludge villain hurting a teenage boy no older than 10, he couldn’t accept that, “how dare you pry on younger children?!” he dashed towards the sludge villain and pulled the young man out of the sludge as he powered up his fist, the wind circling around it as he poured one for all into his fist.

He then punched the sludge villain that causes wind currents to generate inside the tunnel, the sludge villain form couldn’t hold out due to the wind and was splattered across the tunnels, all might let out a relieved sigh.

All might turned around to see the young boy looking at him with stars in his eyes ‘he must be a fan’ he thought, “would you like to help me clean the sludge villain up? It would help me greatly” all might say, the boy sprouted nonsense and eventually agreed to help him, in return, he would sign his notebook.

After cleaning up the mess, with the help of the boy, he took the pen and the notebook, noting that it was a little burnt and a little wet. The boy didn’t mind this at all, so he looked through the pages to find an open page to sign on.

All might read a page he found about shouta aizawa, he knew the young man, and this page was accurate, about his quirk, his height, and even his strengths and weaknesses while also how to remove those, this boy was smart.

He signed on his page, and as he handed the boy’s notebook to him, he decided to say “you have great analysis young man, what’s your name ?” All might says

“I-izuku midoriya sir!” Midoriya says, all might nods his head, but he suddenly felt a sharp pain coming from his stomach, he couldn’t hold the flinch, causing midoriya to ask if he was okay

“I’m fine young midoriya” all might said but on the inside, ‘shit, I don’t have enough time, sorry young man’ he thought in his head

“Before you go, could I ask a question ?!” All might stood still as he waited for the boy to speak, his side was hurting and this boy would have to see his other form

“Is……is it possible for me to become a hero like you, Even though I’m quirkless….can I still be a hero ?!”

‘Without a quirk?’ All might thought before feeling the sharp pain increasing from his stomach, he bends down shaking before midoriya runs up to him hurriedly

‘Shit!’ With that, his heroic form poofed and now, he was in his civilian form

He looked at the shocked face on midoriya, who quickly without thinking held out a tissue for him because of the blood coming from his mouth

He took the tissue from the boy and wiped his mouth, “thank you hound midoriya” he said, “it’s no problem, but are you alright?” Young midoriya says

“I am fine” he said

“What happened ?” Midoriya said looking at him with worry, toshinori sighed softly and he puts his hand on midoriya’s shoulder “let’s walk and talk shall we ? Still need to take this guy in” he says

Midoriya nodded as they started to walk out of the cave together, midoriya started to talk about how he always wanted to be a hero, but everyone laughed at him, belittled him, that toshinori knows all to well when he was quirkless,

“But, even so, I want to become a hero, even without a quirk, I just want to save people. Is that so wrong?” midoriya says

Toshinori thought back to what his master once said ‘saving people is what makes heroes well, heroes, if you save people, along with their souls with smiling, you can make them feel safe’ he feels one for all wanting to be with the kid, so he spoke “well kid” he brought out his phone

“I want you to meet me at this place at this time, i’ll answer your question there, and to tell you something else too” toshinori says, midoriya took out his phone as toshinori gave his phone number to the boy

Izuku runs towards the beach that was basically covered in trash and cars? He stopped running as he was jogging towards toshinori who was in his cillvian form.

“Ah, morning young midoriya” toshinori says, “mr yagi! Why are we here ?” Izuku asked

Toshinori turned towards the mountain of trash “well, to be honest young midoriya, I see myself in you, in my youth, I was quirkless like you.” izuku widened his eyes “you were quirkless ?!” He said shocked

“Yes” toshinori said, now turning to look at izuku with determination in his eyes “you see, I was gifted a quirk that my predecessor gave to me, see saw worthiness within me and thus passed the quirk onto me” Toshinori’s hands seems to glow brightly as he clutches it into a fist.

“This power…..my quirk, it’s called one for all” toshinori said

“One….for…..all?” Izuku says, it almost feels right to say it, but why ?

“Now, I want to pass my quirk onto you young midoriya, you are worthy of the quirk” toshinori said

“W-wait! Hold on! Quirks can’t be transferred! There’s no way it can be moved into another user! Even if it was possible, why me? Why not another person who’s more heroic and special than me?” Izuku said

“Young midoriya, there’s another aspect of one for all, it chooses who wishes to be its user, and it chose you, I felt something within the quirk that wants to choose you young midoriya” toshinori said as he looked at izuku

“okay! I’ll accept the quirk mr.yagi! !” Izuku said

Toshinori smiled, “alright then young midoriya! I’m going to transfer my quirk onto you, since you need some experience with it, altho we need to buff you up” toshinori said as he examined izuku’s body

“But worry not! I shall contact my sensei so he would help us and some other folks” toshinori says, altho inside, he started to regret saying that, but he needed help to train izuku .

“But for now young midoriya!” He says he plucks a hair from his head and held it up for izuku to see “I need you to consume this, or if you want to consume my blood” toshinori said

Izuku felt a cold chill run down his spine, I-i’lll take the blood!” He shouted, toshinori laughed as he took out his little bag and pulled out a needle to prick his finger. Izuku put his finger underneath Toshinori’s finger.

Izuku sees the blood drip onto his finger, so he brought his finger to his mouth and tasted the blood, which tasted like iron

“Now‘s that done, I want you to clean this beach at the end of the year! I’ll help you of course!” Toshinori says

Izuku nodded “but what about my mother? Would she have to know about one for all too?” Izuku said, toshinori puts his finger on his chin “yes, it would be wise to tell her” toshinori says

“Then let’s go to my house!” Izuku said smiling, toshinori nodded as he watched izuku pulling out his phone and calling his mother

‘I'm going to take time off to help my successor, I'm sure the HPSC won't mind me taking time off, altho, I have to tell them about izuku…..’ toshinori thought before shaking his head

‘I could tell one for all likes him’ toshinori sees a bit of lightning coming off of izuku as they walked towards izuku’s house
