it all started back in that classroom, that day, that year, changed both bakugou and izuku

"oh forget it! all of you want to go to the hero course!" the teacher threw the papers of what courses the students would've want to see, the papers scattered all over the floor

as the students begin to cheer, using their quirks, a spiky haired boy stood up from his desk "don't bring me down with them teach, im the best of the best!" he roared "i aced all of the mock exams, also completed the exam score to be number one! no one can compete with me!" he pointed at himself, he was basically beaming in pride until....

"deku scored second, he 's also aiming for UA" the teacher pointed out, then back at his notes, all eyes turned towards izuku who shrinked himself to become small, but that did nothing, as bakugou slammed his hands on izuku's desk, not blowing it up, just covering the desk with ash.

"damn deku! why are you going to UA?! huh?! they'll just throw you out of the hero course!" bakugoui says, izuku shrank further into himself "w-well, i always wanted to save someone.....thats always been my dream, saving people is what makes heroes a hero right?" izuku said

bakugou seems to think for a little bit before his face turned to anger "you're a branch! a villain could easily snap you in half! you haven't trained to hone your body like me! what makes you think you can be in the hero course with the best of the best ?!" bakugou yelled

"i can try right?" izuku said, that pissed off bakugou even more, but he forced himself to back down, he just walked to his desk and sat down angrily

bakugou was leaving out the door without messing with izuku for today, he wasn't feeling like it, that messed up the two extras that always follow him, the teacher was confused also which ticked him off more, he paused at the doorway and looked at iuzku who was putting up his hero notebooks.

izuku seemed to notice him, he takes his chance to speak "deku if you're going to UA, dont get in the hero course, get in the general education course and win your way to the hero course, then, i'll consider being your friend again" bakugou leaves without a second thought, ignoring the sniffing noises coming out of the classroom
