Okay, what’s the deal with the most popular ships of the fandom ? (Don’t want to offend No one) but why? Why would you let a victim date his abuser ? That doesn’t make sense, sure bakugo matured during the series/ manga but that doesn’t excuse all the horrible shit he’s done with izuku, fuck man, bakugo was his MAIN abuser! Why would you consider them dating ?! Sure bakugo apologized to Izuku in the manga, but that doesn’t undo all of the stuff he’s done, magically saying “I’m sorry for the shit I’ve done” isn’t going to magically undo all the shit he’s done, I don’t fucking get why that ship is to popular, maybe because they’re childhood friends? But izuku said and I’m not sure if this is canon, but he said that he and bakugo friendship had worsen over the years they’ve seen each other, how could one ship those two together ?! Izuku may have scars that can’t be magically healed because of a sorry! That shit doesn’t go away, it takes time and effort to get past those issues and make himself better! Hell his self sacrificing act is properly bakugo, his self worth? Gone, he doesn’t think any good about himself, he does it all for the good of others rather then caring for himself, and that’s messed up in a way, so the tldr for this?
