This is a rare pair ship that is often only found in harem fics. It only has about 17 fics where they are monogamous (most of which are one shots). But here are some cute things that I can see them doing as a couple:

•Izuku knows that Reiko has a great love for horror films, so for her birthday he drew her a sketch of her dressed as Samara from the ring and himself dressed as Freddy Krueger.

•It is a common trope for Reiko to be touch starved due to ostracization in middle school. Who else was very ostracized? Why it’s her very awkward, timid, and caring boyfriend. Although Izuku was uncomfortable with the amount of touching involved (at first), he easily grew to like it the moment he realized how happy it made Reiko feel.

•I headcanon that Reiko listens to the band Ice Nine Kills, because their 2019 and upcoming album are about famous horror movies. Due to this headcanon, I love imagining them singing a duet of Love Bites, or even Star-Crossed Lovers (the band’s song about Romeo and Juliet).

•When they cuddle at night, there is no decided big spoon. Now you might be asking “How is that possible”, my answer to that is: They take turns on who is the dominant cuddler.

•Now, when there is a decided big spoon during their cuddle sessions it is for an important reason. That reason being that one of them is emotionally startled.

•If Reiko has a nightmare (the ostracization gave her a fear of being abandoned again) she audibly cries and shakes slightly. So, Izuku cuddles her tighter and starts kissing her forehead.

•If Izuku has a nightmare he goes into fetal position and trembles violently. So, Reiko repositions them so that she’s on top of Izuku. In this position she has easier access to his ears, once she gets that access she whispers reassurances to him while ruffling his hair.

•For Halloween they dressed up as Victor and Emily from the movie ‘Corpse Bride’.
