I’ve been thinking about this and I came up with a quirk for him. Analysis, so basically like nighteye’s quirk but instead of seeing the person’s future he can see actual information about the person he looks at. So like weak points, fighting style, height, weight, likes, dislikes, and quirk. The more time he’s around a person the more in depth the analysis becomes. Now, for the kids he would be friends with. I think he would be good friends with Tokoyami, Koji, Shoji, Amajiki, Yanagi, Kodai, and MAYBE Todoroki. This is because they’re all smart and/or quiet, and L enjoys people that have a good amount of intelligence. This doesn’t mean he hates everyone else in 1-A, it just means he wouldn’t have a stronger bond with them. I also think he would be aizawa’s favorite because of how quiet he is. The girls wouldn’t hate him, but they would probably be very uncomfortable around him because of how quirky he is (maybe with the exception of Tsu, Yui, and Reiko). So that’s what I think he would be like in the mha universe, any opinions or critiques???
