So, I'm an Anime only viewer, haven't watched past Season 3 yet, waiting for dub mostly, and I've had a nagging question about All For One. So, his whole shtick is that he can take and give quirks, right? And we've seen that he tried to use that to help people without quirks, but the real question is... why didn't he do that as a business? If being "quirkless" is so looked down apon, then wouldn't a Quirk Donor system be just he perfect thing to introduce to this society? Have people sign up for Quirk Donation, when their time comes to give up their Quirk, they give it to Mr. Quirk Storage Drive over here, then Quirkless can sign up to choose from a selection of Quirks, and if these quirks have severe drawbacks like One For All had on Midoriya, they could partner up with alot of other companies like Gym's and Hospitals to make sure they take the necessary precautions, hell, for workers in the business they could employ and pay people to hold onto Quirks specifically if Mr. Quirk Storage Drive takes too many in.
