What are your thoughts on rules for this community.

I am thinking some basics such as below.

1. Be kind. Do not be rude. Expressing emotion and/or passion on a subject is ok. Using abusive or threatening language, threats of harm/violence, calls to action intending to demean a specific individual/group, is not ok.
2. All posts must use appropriate flair.
3. Posts must be relevant to the Boise and Treasure valley area.
4. Moderators will not remove posts without citing which rule is in violation.
5. No lifetime bans will be given out unless the account is threatening harm and/or otherwise acting outside existing state and federal law.
