My wife and I have found ourselves in a bit of a hole we need to climb out of. The only asset to our name is my childhood home that was privately sold to me at cost. Being able to wring out the extra pennies might save my wife and I from this bottomless expense pit (despite having the best healthcare American government agencies give 🙄)

Im past the point of caring if we take advantage of one of these obviously baked as hell teenagers and families taking over the neighborhood to begin with, so if you know of a bulldog, our home is in pristine location with a lot of amenities you can't buy (such as a creek flowing through the back).
