Pension for bonds?

Post Body
I am a 25 year old fed who will have an inflation adjusted pension of 35% of my peak 3 year average salary, or 44% at 62 not factoring accumulated sick leave. I have been looking at that as serving as my bond allocation and putting everything in stocks. Does that make sense?
