My fellow Canadians!

How many Canadian Bogleheads do we have in here?

I'm still learning about investing and the Boglehead way, so bear with me. Are any of you invested in US indexes or do you stick to TSX? I believe there are extra fees with investing in US indexes, but do they generally perform better? I know one of Bogleheads main focus is to have the lowest fees possible, but maybe the better performance would offset the extra fees? Any insight would be much appreciated!

Edit: My current set up is as follows (nothing invested yet, this is just the plan)
RRSP portfolio

VTI 40%, VXUS 30%, BND 15%, BNDX 15%

TFSA portfolio
VUN 40%, still looking for good equivalents to kind of match the RRSP with the TFSA. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If anyone thinks I'm out to lunch or have the wrong idea, please let me know and steer me in a better direction! I'm still learning.
