VTI + VUG + SCHD questions - very beginner here

Good afternoon!
Looking to see if VTI, VUG and SCHD is good to start investing in as a 22 year old who just paid off 2k debt. I was thinking 33.3% in each at around $500-1000 invested per month.
All into a Roth IRA as my employer doesn’t offer a 401k.
Thoughts? I was in the mindset of VTI - 80% and VXUS - 20% but would rather be more invested in the US AND have huge opportunity for growth at my age
