If someone has some sort of mental health/disability involving the brain do you think they keep it after a swap?

This is inspired by a recent film I saw.
Essentially in your mind if someone suffered from hallucinations, or had a condition like dyslexia, do you think it would stay with them after swapping bodies? Or would whoever occupies that body have it instead?
So take Person A and Person B. Person A has hallucinations and dyslexia. Both swap bodies.
Who now has the hallucinations and dyslexia? Person A's mind in B's body? Or Person B's mind in A's body?
