You can make two people from two different time periods swap bodies. Who do you pick?

They have to be two different people separated by at least 100 years. (You can be one of the people involved.)
You choose what period in their life the swap happens. (So whether person A swaps into person B when they're in their 20's or 60's.) The 100 year gap must be maintained though.
You can pick a demographic rather than a specific person. (So a just a Victorian gentleman or gentlewoman, or a caveman, rather than a specific individual.)
