Just need black lights and 5 to 7 hours of drawing with neon sharpies! Where are you located?
Not with the same precise effect. It’s sharpie but they wash off pretty easily with make-up wipes. Under normal light the marks are muted in colour, except for blue which shows up darker.
Do you have concerns with using markers outside of them being “permanent”?
