Does anyone deal with a big brow ridge?

I have a huge brow ridge and my side profile looks terrible. I have always been self conscious my either life ever since my doctor pointed it out years ago. Wore hats to cover it up when I would go out to the bar.
Honestly I think it's holding me back from finding a significant other in my life. Wanting some advice on how other people dealt with it. Was also looking at surgery but WAY too expensive for me sadly.... Thank you again for reading!
