i feel like my features can look different, like different sizes and shapes but people always say bdd is just a distorted 'perception' of one's own appearance... but i genuinely look different everyday??
i need some reassurance because im spiraling and pray that i dont look like the current version of myself that im seeing rn 😭😭

Absolutely. There’s no way my face changes so much from day-to-day that I look like such a complete different person. But in my perception, I do.
