I don’t need advice just want to vent. I was doing so well. I was doing so so well. I was starting to put myself out there. Even though I had some hard rejections ( a potential date and I decided to get on a video call before meeting, the call lasted one second, he saw my face, ended the call and blocked me everywhere lmao) , I was able to rationally overcome it and not fall deeper into a pit of bdd.

And then today I decided to watch this random video . The guy was talking about some tiktoker who made videos on his ex girlfriend and talked about the experience of dating pretty girls .

Just seeing the word pretty girl on the screen sent me down a spiral .
