View of myself in the mirror before a shower
Post Body

Since my amputation, I look at myself in the mirror naked and not wearing my prosthetic leg and my thought process starts to think about how others (opposite sex) would react to that view if they were to see it. I’m self conscious to my size vs my stump. To me I feel my stump distracts from the “wow” I like what I see down there. I haven’t been seen naked IRL by anyone since my amputation. I’ve taken a picture so I can view it occasionally to try and break the self consciousness. Do you think that will work or am I just kidding myself?
