for anyone who has gotten a cosmetic procedure like surgery, injections, etc., did that make your BDD feel better? i have a procedure tomorrow and its my first time and have no idea whether to expect for my BDD to remain the same, get worse, or get better.

I have never gotten any kind of procedure before and im wondering if i should anticipating feeling better or worse or the same. I'm super curious. its nothing big at all but its still gonna be a new experience bc ive never really gotten to physically alter my features before.
