I'm new here, so hi everyone! I wanted to share a resource that has recently really helped me improve my self-confidence. Yoga with adriene is a YouTube channel and she uploads yoga tutorials and she's so body positive throughout them. Nothing about weight loss or trying to make yourself look different, but really appreciating and respecting the body you have. I thought this might be a good resource for people who just want to feel better physically and mentally! I always feel so encouraged and confident after completing a video. And there's a lot for beginners and people with different physical disabilities, too.
