Honestly it might've been fine if FoF just gave you access to passive effect buddies and none which give battlecries like Tickatus' or Yogg's buddies. The fact that it's a battlecry that can trigger to give two additional battlecry minions which then generate further cards or take up substantial time in the turn to deal with is the hard part to deal with. If they just kept the list smaller and stricter, I think it would be okay.
