I got really lucky with the Cloning Conch spell and ended up with my coolest build ever. Here’s what happened:

I upgraded the tavern quickly with Omu’s hero power, then discovered a new hero power (darkmoon tickets in the tavern). I had been playing Elementals (which is why I still have a couple random Elementals on the board here), but then I discovered Choral Mrrrglr three times from my dark moon tickets. I rolled Cloning Conch twice (“get a copy of a murloc in your hand”). I had spells casting twice from my quest, so I got four more golden CMs.

I was already holding two Ensorcelled Fungi in my hand (they didn’t go with my original Elemental build, so I was just holding them on the hope of rolling a triple). However, with spells casting twice and a golden Land Lubber, they were quite strong.

I played four of the CMs. I had another CM in my hand and some “discover a tier 6 minion” spells (then my time ran out — need to work on the APM, although to be fair I was playing on mobile). I won on that turn.

It was pretty thrilling to see this come together. I’m definitely feeling like Cloning Conch is a bit OP haha.
