I saw something like this work elsewhere and wondered whether it could be valuable here too.
Basic idea is to provide constructive feedback to streamers on what may turn people off from them, the idea being streamers may only hear from people who stick around (and who, by definition, aren't turned off by the given behavior). For example, one streamer I don't watch as much because his playlist keeps cycling the same few songs over and over. Another often does co-op with his partner which makes for a worse viewing experience.
Streamers can then consider this feedback and decide whether or not it's something they want to change to broaden their audience.
Trying to avoid this devolving into toxicity! This isn't a forum to flame streamers you don't like, and please don't downvote someone with a valid point just because you disagree with them. Let's also keep it constructive i.e.:
A bad comment – I don't watch [streamer] because he sucks at the game
A good comment – I don't watch [streamer] because his mic set up makes it hard to hear what he's saying
